Information we collect

We store account details, business plans, conversations, launch milestones, approved budgets, product blueprints, company metrics, connection requests, security audit events, and billing identifiers needed to operate the service. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by Eva Business Maker.

AI processing

Conversation content may be sent server-side to EvaXApi, while product-building requests may be sent to OpenAI, to generate responses and implementation plans. We do not place API keys in browser code. Do not submit highly sensitive personal, medical, legal, or financial records unless the product explicitly requests them.

Account communications

We may send transactional messages needed to verify your email, recover your account, and communicate security or billing events. These are service messages, not marketing subscriptions.

Advertising and banking

Connected advertising and banking providers receive only the information needed for actions you approve. Advertising must remain paused when subscription billing is inactive.

Your choices

You can export or permanently delete your workspace from Settings. Active subscriptions must be canceled before account deletion so billing is not orphaned.
