Planning and building assistance

Eva provides educational business-planning and product-building assistance. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, banking, security, or regulatory advice. Review generated plans, software specifications, and consequential actions before relying on them.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate registration information, safeguarding your password, and activity performed through your account. Email verification may be required before paid billing or sensitive actions.

Subscription

The service is free during the stated trial and then costs $49 per month unless canceled. Subscription changes and payment-method updates are handled through Stripe.

Marketing

Marketing services are billed at media cost plus a 50% service fee. No campaign should run without an approved budget. Campaigns are paused when subscription billing becomes inactive or a payment fails.

Third-party services

Company formation, Wise banking, advertising platforms, payment processing, email delivery, and AI providers have their own terms and eligibility requirements. You must review consequential submissions before they are made.
